John was a Navy Veteran and worked as an Electronic Engineer for several Aerospace companies before his retirement. He worked on the B-29 restoration project at China Lake. He had many hobbies he was passionate about including travel, photography and Genealogy. He lived a life close to god and was a long-standing member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ridgecrest.
