James Wesley Weston died on February 15, 2020. He was born November 4, 1938, in N. Little Rock, Arkansas. A celebration of his life will be on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at Desert Christian Center. James moved to Ridgecrest on July 9, 1944. His dad was in the Navy and helped open the base in 1942. At this time, there were no facilities built for women and children.
