Colonel Knowlton P. Rice "KP" USMC Ret. passed away peacefully December 25 at the age of 96 surrounded by his loved ones.Born in Worcester, Massachusetts on October 29, 1923. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from MIT and MS in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey CA. KP joined the United States Marine Corps in 1945 as a 2nd Lt. and began his flight training. [...]
