Jerry Duane Rice, 70, born April 14, 1945, in Tulare, California, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015, peacefully at home from complications due to cancer.Jerry was the son of Clarence and Gladys Rice; he was a longtime resident of the Inyokern/Ridgecrest area.
