James Floyd Gillard Sr., 81, of Ridgecrest, CA, passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2019, at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital.James, or "Jim," as everyone knew him by, was born Aug. 28, 1937, in Independence, Kansas, to Harold and Jeannette Gillard.
