Doug Ernest went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018, at his home in Squirrel Valley, Calif. He was born Dec. 28, 1937, in Gardena, Calif., to Fred and Florence Ernest. On June 22, 1956, he married his childhood sweetheart Sandy Bedwell. They raised four daughters: Karen, Cathy, Sharon and Laura.
