Richard, known to friends as "Zinke," was well loved and passed away from Cancer on August 4th, 2015.Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Richard attended Lutheran Schools and aspired to be a Pastor; however, he joined the Marine Corps and came to China Lake, where he retired as an Electronic Engineer at NWC.He is survived by his wife, Margy, of 59 years; daughter Deven Price and son-in-law Ernie of Inyokern, California; daughter Lori Sisemore and son-in-law Austin of Coeur [...]
