Roland E. Baker Sr. passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, September 29, 2017, at his home in Ridgecrest, California. He was 84.Roland was born in July 1933 in Haley, North Dakota. He attended grade school in Haley and high school in Bowman, North Dakota, graduating in 1951.
