Geneva "Jill" Lutz Cooper of Ridgecrest, California passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017 at the age of 88 years old. She was born on August 24, 1928 in San Luis Obispo, California to Samuel and Marion Lutz. Jill was raised in San Jose, California and graduated from San Jose High School and San Jose State with a degree in Liberal Arts and earned her teaching credential.
