Vickie A. Schultz, 63, of Inyokern, California passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lorena Westbrooks of Ridgecrest, her sisters, Debra Jacobs and Sandi Wahl of Ridgecrest, and her son, Brian Wilson of Las Vegas.
