Hugh "Dean" Chase, 46, of Ridgecrest, CA, died unexpectedly Thursday, Oct. 22.Dean was active in the community through many organizations including: Troop 848 of the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 255 of the Girl Scouts of America, the local Robotics Club, the local model train club and as a member of the Ridgecrest Christmas group where he displayed a Christmas light program every year.
